Getting here

From Munich International Airport
The S1 (Leuchtenbergring) and S8 (Herrsching) trains depart every 10 minutes from Munich International Airport.

The S1 stops at Hirschgarten (approx. 1 km walk to the hotel).
The S8 stops at Donnersbergerbrücke (approx. 1 km walk to the hotel).

From Munich Central Station
The S18 (Gondrellplatz) and S19 (Pasin) trains depart every 6 minutes from Munich Central Station.

Exit at Am Lokschuppen, conveniently situated outside the hotel.

Tickets
Tickets may be purchased directly with the DB Navigator App.

Parking

Parking is available at the hotel, including charging stations for electric vehicles.

Consent for Use of Photos and Videos

By registering to participate in the event, you also give GPV Group A/S permission to use photos / videos taken during Let’s Talk, in which you may appear.

This includes use both for internal purposes (e,g. on the lntranet, newsletters) and external platforms (e.g. LinkedIn, websites, printed and digital marketing materials).

The consent can be withdrawn at any time by contacting the event team on events@gpv-group.com. However, GPV may continue to use any materials already printed or published prior to the withdrawal.

After check-in, if staying at the hotel, please proceed to the registration area in Conference room 1 + 2 on the ground floor, where you will receive your name badge.

It is possible to register Monday 24 November between 18.00-19.00 and Tuesday 25 November between 08.00-09.00.

Yes, a cloakroom will be available at the venue for storing coats, bags, and personal belongings.
Please note that storage is at your own risk.

Yes, after the event, we will share a Let’s Talk package with all participants.

No, the event sessions will not be recorded.

Yes, the programme includes dedicated networking breaks as well as time during lunch and after sessions.

If you have any food allergies or dietary restrictions, we kindly ask you to inform us in advance so we can make the necessary arrangements.
