During the year, the market has rebalanced, and this continues alongside geopolitical tensions and ongoing trade tension between the US and China. We continue to look into a soft and volatile business climate.

Our theme at Electronica 2024 was “Navigating Tomorrow, Together.” We navigate the challenges and recognise the importance of having a simple and competitive supply chain.
The European economy is currently under a hard pressure and the competitiveness is challenged. We believe that, to enhance EU competitiveness, prioritisation is essential: flexible workforce policies, competitive energy solutions, and streamlined regulations to reduce administrative burdens while supporting sustainability and growth. This, we are currently addressing with European politicians.
Adapting to a Changing Market
During the year, we have proactively responded to the changing market conditions. Despite uncertainty around proposed tariffs, we are currently doubling our production capacity in Mexico to meet the growing demand in the American market. Similarly, we have expanded in Thailand and Sri Lanka, and in Europe, we have started production in our new electronics facility in Slovakia.
