While market normalisation have emerged during 2025, the year has been shaped by continued geopolitics, global change and volatility, which has required great agility, and adaptability, but also focus on resilience across all supply chains.
Despite the challenges, we have navigated the year together with determination and a clear focus on what truly matters: strengthening partnerships, ensuring a close and transparent dialogue, reliability, and delivering operational excellence by optimising our global manufacturing footprint to match your needs and the global changes and ensuring that we have strong capabilities in complex box-build manufacturing.
Navigating Global Markets
In November 2025, we hosted a combined customer and supplier event in Munich, Germany with the purpose of discussing how we can best navigate global markets.
The event, “Let’s Talk 2025”, centered around how to operate efficiently in a multipolar world and how to mitigate risks associated with growing uncertainty in international trade. More than 300 participated in the event.
Integrated solutions
GPV is increasingly moving from traditional box-build to more integrated, end-to-end offerings. Lifecycles are expanding, and, as global leaders within your field, you increasingly need partners who can support design, box-build, system integration, and full lifecycle services.
At GPV, this journey is already well underway.
Today, more than 50% of our business involves advanced box-build manufacturing, enabling us to also deliver highly complex, high-level assemblies for customers across multiple industries.
At the “Let’s Talk” event, we showcased examples of high-level assemblies to underline that GPV not only aspires to be a fully integrated technology partner; we already are well positioned in this area.
Robust, competitive, and close-to-market production
Throughout the year, we have continued to invest in and optimise our state-of-the-art facilities across Europe, Asia, China, and the Americas to ensure stability, flexibility, and reliable execution in a changing global environment.
We continue to strengthen our electronics site in Mexico, supported by the advantages of the USMCA free trade agreement, to execute on interesting business opportunities, while further reinforcing our regional setup through a new strategic partnership with East/West Manufacturing Enterprises in the US.
Also in Slovakia and Sri Lanka, our consolidated and expanded sites are contributing to an efficient and scalable production setup.
These developments reflect our ongoing commitment to ensure robust, competitive, and close-to-market production, giving you a reliable partner in an unpredictable world.
