This week, our Executive Leadership Team met with the local management teams from our European proximity sites for an annual Site Engagement Meeting (SEM) – an important forum to align, inspire, and accelerate progress together.
Our proximity sites consist of our Operating Business Units (OBUs) from Switzerland, Germany, and the Nordic countries.
This year, hosted by Petri Kosunen, Managing Director at GPV Electronics FI in Lohja, Finland, the meeting is a showcase of sharp preparation, deep insights, and future-focused strategy.

From this shared foundation, we engaged in dialogues about what is working well, reflected on what can be improved, and most importantly, sharing experiences to foster learning, alignment, and continued growth across the organisation. The Site Engagement Meetings take place once a year, with dedicated half-day sessions for each Operating Business Unit (OBU), grouped by geographic region.
The SEM in Finland was the third and final meeting this year. In March 2025, our Asian OBUs met in Sri Lanka, and in April 2025, our Central and Eastern European sites met in Slovakia.
