What do I do? My task in GPV is fairly simple and so, together with more than 120 highly competent people we have today in procurement, to secure the materials to our worldwide operations in excellent quality, competitive price, correct quantity and on-time to be able to build the products for our customers. Core activities are procurement strategy development, vendor management, constant material price negotiations and escalation support to our colleagues at all sites.
What is special about working with GPV?
My job in GPV brings lots of excitement and opportunities for further development every day due to our fast progress and agile adaption to changing market conditions. I appreciate the effective cross-functional teamwork and the “can do” attitude from my colleagues which to me is a positive differentiating factor creating value for our customers. Personally, I found that GPV takes good care of its employees, which I value a lot.
