What do I do?
My main tasks include developing operator training plans and updating necessary documentation. In my role as SMA Trainer, I test operators and control that they use correct work methods. Also, I conduct additional trainings if necessary and assist the SMA department whenever needed.
What is special about working with GPV?
GPV has provided me the opportunity to express myself and develop my competences. I have acquired great skills as an operator and a technician, and in my position, I have good opportunities to put these skills into good use. Also, the environment is excellent, and I am able to grow as a person, both personally and professionally.
