M.O.R.E. 28: Updated strategy to accomplish more towards 2028

On 1 February 2024, we launched our updated strategy, which we have named “M.O.R.E. 28”. With the strategy, we have set ambitious targets to continue the strong journey GPV is on. It is not “just” about achieving more – it is about the quality in what we deliver. The strategy builds on our brand promise “Accomplish more” as:

We Move people and business as One company with shared values by delivering Responsible and profitable growth – with Excellence in performance so our customers can Accomplish More.

After launching the updated strategy, CEO Bo Lybaek embarked on a Strategy Roadshow aimed at engaging in discussions with the local management teams regarding the updated strategy.

“Our updated strategy points out the direction for our journey towards 2028. We have set ambitious targets for the next period and to succeed, we strongly depend on our people and our Operating Business Units to help deliver on the promise to our customers. I look forward to meeting all our engaged people and engage in good dialogue with our MDs and their local management teams”, says Bo Lybaek.

Visiting all Operating Business Units

During the site visits, the agenda addresses areas such as factory workload, business development, as well as factory tours.

The first stop on the Strategy Roadshow was GPV Electronics CH in Mendrisio, Switzerland, where COO Martin Kjærbo joined. During the visit, Bo Lybæk and Martin Kjærbo discussed the updated strategy together with the local management team, with a special focus on how the site can contribute to achieve the targets and drive operational improvements. Further, the visit included a factory tour around the warehouse and production areas, where the local management team showed Bo Lybæk and Martin Kjærbo the changes and improvements since their last visit in July 2023.

On 20 and 21 February 2024, Bo Lybaek visited GPV Electronics DK in Aars, Denmark, and GPV Cables AT in Frankenmarkt, Austria, respectively.

Next up is this year’s first Site Engagement Meeting in China on 5-6 March 2024 where our three Southeast Asian and two Chinese sites are represented.
