This week, GPV’s top management team kicked off the “2022 Business Improvement Meetings” tour with the first visit to our electronics and mechanics sites in Bangkok, Thailand.
“It has been a couple of interesting and inspiring days in Bangkok. These meetings serve to secure a common understanding of our business – it supports “one GPV”, and it was good to, once again, meet our many dedicated colleagues in Thailand. During 2021, we have invested in new equipment at our Electronics and Mechanics factories in Thailand, and at the factory tour, we saw how this has been implemented and now help secure orders to our customers,” says GPV CEO Bo Lybæk.
The purpose of these Business Improvement Meetings is to inform top management about the current site status and discuss the specific challenges and initiatives to improve and optimise – we call it quarterly wins.
Furthermore, top management gets a chance to meet all the colleagues at the different sites. Different topics are on the agenda, and in 2022, in particular safety awareness, sustainability and once again our values are important topics to discuss.
